In your cart, click on "CHEKOUT" and then specify your shipping details. After that select the payment method and click on "PLACE ORDER NOW". An automatic email will be sent to you with payment instructions.
Once the payment is submitted, please let us know the code for payment clearance and shipping your order ASAP.
You have 7 days to complete your order before the items in your cart get relisted. If you choose to pay with cash, you have to visit personally one of your financial institutions or brances and provide your name. When sending $1000 USD or more, proof of ID will be required. If you are not able to prove your name with an ID, the payment has to be split and sent in installments. Please make sure to transfer money to the EXACT name (first and last name) we provide you with by email after you submit your order. Please send your payment in USD.
It is not permitted to transfer money for commercial purposes, so if being asked about the purpose of money transfer, tell them you send money to a close relative or a friend who is in need. However, they don't have a right to ask you about the purpose of money transfer abroad.
After sending money and getting reference number|MTCN (money control number) you have to register it in the system. To do so, please log in to your account at ANABOLICENERGY.COM, click on MY ACCOUNT at the top of the home page and open ORDER HISTORY. Please introduce the MTCN code in Payment Code field and save it. For your order to be completed, you have to make sure the items are still available in your cart. As mentioned previously, the payment has to be sent within 7 days after you add items to your cart. In short, please do the following: access MY ACCOUNT, click on YOUR ORDER, fill in PAYMENT INFORMATION (MTCN and SENDER NAME). Choose again SEND ORDER for us to receive your information. Thus, your order will be removed from MY ACCOUNT menu. Once MY ACCOUNT section is empty, this means the process has been completed successfully.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship all the gear with the registered air mail. Flat rate is 25USD. After the payment clearance we need 1-3 work days forhandling. On average parcel needs 12-14 working days for arrival to US beginning fromthe moment we ship the products. For European orders delivery can takes 10-14days.
FOR LARGE PACKAGES
If your package is bulky we'll split in several small packages. No matter how big your parcel is it's very important to us. Thus, careful and attentive packaging is guaranteed. The minimum order amount is 100 USD plus delivery costs. It allows us to to offer you both first-class service and excellent packaging.
Since we ship from Est. Europe all the packages pass through several customs while in transit. Each customs inspection may delay the package delivery. Different holidays can also be the reason for delays, especially when a package has to transit several different countries prior reaching yours. Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after your payment is cleared. If, for some reason, we delay processing and shipping your order, you can be sure an extra product(s) will be added to your order as a compensation for a delay. Sometimes, due to postal delays, the delivery may take up to 30 business days.
We take all necessary measures in place to ensure all orders are successful. Despite our best efforts, some orders may be seized at customs or return as undeliverable. If this has happened to you, please accept our most sincere apologies. In order to investigate the problem with undelivered order, we require you to take a picture of seizure letter from customs and email us at email@example.com. Please make sure to include your order number. Customer's satisfaction is our number one priority, that's why we would like to re-ship your order. IMPORTANT! Undeliverable orders being returned because of incorrect address indicated by a customer will not be re-shipped.
